Special Belgian caramel malt Dark red level gives the beer. For Porter and Abbey beers Special B 260-320 EBC One of the darkest caramel malts. Gives fuller malty aroma, dark reddish-dark colour and caramel/raisin flavour. Use 5% for a mild finish or 15% for darker brown-black beers. Use for stouts, porters, Belgian abbey beers, etc. All barley malts are made from the finest 2 row barley and are expertly malted to fixed quality standards.
