BlackSwaen©Chocolate B adds depth to the flavours and colour of the beer.
Strongly roasted malt with a deep brown colour. Primarily used to set the colour, but also adds a nutty, toasted flavour to the beer.

It provides a less bitter flavour than BlackSwaen©Black malt and is also slightly lighter in colour due to the shorter roasting time and lower temperature.
