An obvious choice for colouring and malty flavours, for all types of beer. Allows malt flavours to emerge, especially through biscuit notes.
It also lends the aroma and flavour of bread. Similar to Munich malt, but with a more intense aroma.
Suggested use:
Pilsner, Lager, Ale, pale ales, special
Special beers, all other beers.
